Ballistic and Missile Redux

Over the past few days I have been working on my own little mod that adds some new ballistic and missile (including a torpedo) weapons.

At the moment all the races have access to the new weapons but only the humans have had their torpedo equipped ship sections modified (changed torpedo turretclass to beam). I am planning to change the stock torpedos and the other races ship sections in the next version of the mod.

So what does that mean you may ask? It simply means that until the next release of the mod, playing as the humans the only ship that can mount stock torpedos is the DE, and the cruiser and defense sats have to use either heavy beams :twisted: or my HE Torpedo.

Instructions

Extract to C:\Program Files\Lighthouse Interactive\Sword of the Stars\Mods (or wherever you installed BoB).
Next open the sots.ini in the main directory and replace the line that says Mount1= sots_local_en.gob with Mount1=Mods/BMR

New Weapons include...

+ High Explosive Torpedo Requires:A Torpedo (BFG missile, uses planet missile model)

+ Light Railgun w/ Spinal Version Requires: Mass Driver (fixed balistic weapon that does moderate damage and is accelerated to
  hyper-velosity)

+ Heavy Railgun w/ Spinal Version Requires: Heavy Driver (fixed balistic weapon that does heavy damage and is accelerated to
  hyper-velosity)

+ Heavy Missile Requires: Nothing (HE Torpedo for large mounts only)

+ Missile Battery Requires: Dumbfire Missile Racks (For large mounts only, DF model, fires 5 missiles, other than that it is a normal missile)
