I did. Its reference material I want, though. Discussions are fun and fine but I just want them elsewhere so I can bookmark a page and glance at it when I'm starting a new model. Please don't take this the wrong way, I was asking for someone to help me organize things, not to instigate a discussion on the philosophy of ship design here or make you mad. I've been here since the beginning, I even remember seeing all that stuff when it was first posted, so I know the data I need exists somewhere in this board.
If it doesn't, just make it up because, hey, if you don't I will.
I wish I could get at that spreadsheet because it is exactly what I'm talking about, clear and concise.

That's everything that's been discussed and agreed on for weapons, as far as I am aware, in one spot. At least for DDs. There's been some other non-DD stuff suggested, but not fully discussed. Plus we have the new sections to consider.

Thanks, Zab. Now can you tell me where the numbers in the spreadsheet came from and where to find the discussion that was had regarding them, if any?

I'd like to be ready if/when Kakaze starts looking at sections we haven't already got a fairly solid grasp on. It looks like some of those number are different from what I thought we'd agreed on based on discussion threads, and I'd like to know if they came earlier or later.

To tell the truth, I stopped paying attention to the bickering in the discussion threads a long time ago. That spreadsheet is from the original concept; weak DEs, average CRs, strong DNs with a preference towards small and large mounts, with few mediums.

So it sounds like the numbers in the document should be treated as a proposal. Good to know. :thumbsup:
