It's still a 404 error unfortunatly, does anyone have an idea on how to fix it?
EDIT: Nevermind, some digging has turned up that frappr was shut down about 2 years ago.

From the looks of it, it could be included into the forums if the idea of mapping the comunity still appealed to people (i know it does to me).
The HTML code to incorporate it is as follows, and it appears to be free but I'm not 100% on that.
