I get the version error:

System.IO.FileLoadException: Mixed mode assembly is build against 'v2.0.50727' etc..

I am running Windows 7 x64 with the latest .net framework installed.

Re: Ammo boxes
Can you upload the modified sav file? I want to see what the editor outputted, as well as the error log from fort zombie.

Re: FileLoadException
I am aware of this bug, but I am not able to replicate it on my machine. I have no idea how to solve it. Googling FileLoadException and the Xna Framework turns up the suggestion to add some entries to app.config. I have already applied the "fix" but clearly, it did not work. This fix has been applied to all downloadable versions on this forum.

If it's really not working for you, I'm sorry.
I just formatted this computer, installed directx, etc, ran the clickonce from codeplex. It told me I needed XNA 3.0.
I pop on over to google, search for xna redist 3, followed the link and installed. Then, I ran the clickonce again. No problems.
Downloaded a savegame from cheathappens (I haven't installed FZ on this).
Opened savegame successfully.

Alas, the save editor seems to no longer exist. Looked like a rather good one too.

It is a good one! I still have the error for the 5.56 or 7.62 ammo if I try to add it - but I can change any I do find to have like 1000 bullets or so.

Hello Hayden and welcome to the boards. Bad news though, the board administrators have on a number of occasions purged the boards of attachments. Apparently this is done to keep the boards uncluttered so as to maximize efficiency. On the downside it means numerous files that have been uploaded have been lost. The only way you can get this save game editor is if the original poster was to reupload the file or if you are lucky somebody out there might have a copy they can repost on the boards.

hi new to the board and just signed up, wanted to play my old Fort Zombie game again was wondering about the mods for the game and the save game editor the link I followed provides me with a .exe file which makes my cautious about downloading it and dont want a virus, is it safe and or is there another way to get the save game editor with out having to put a virus on my comp?

You talking about the codeplex link project? If yes, then while you are being diligent in your suspicious in this case the source code is available in the same webpage. You can download the source, review it (C# and XAML for the most part), and compile it if you are happy no naughty code is present (Visual Studio Express and .NET 4.0 framework is needed to compile - for free). I assume you aren't familiar with C# and compiling (else you most probably would have done this already), so for what its worth the zipped binary worked fine for me :)
