Assuming we are talking about being a member of said company with a dubious corporate culture / HR department, historically the answer was to seek to unionize, and strike if necessary. Could still work. I'm assuming the employees are not already unionized because if they are, wtf is the union doing if not fighting for fair treatment?

Who Let The Bugs Out -- Hiver vs. Tarka and Zuul
Tarka Ascendant -- Tarka vs. Hiver and Zuul

Depending on the company, bad publicity could go a long way.

In the hopes of this slim chance it makes some (dan) people realize how complex this is and what needs to be compensated for till society evolves further.

I have my doubts about Dan, but great article nonetheless!
