if anyone is familiar with Mongoose traveler They have a whole book that covers Psi :D

reading this thread makes me want to play Traveler and SOTS2 !

Here some psi stuff i know of

Telepathy
(Life detection,telemapathy,read surface thuoghts, send thuogths,probe,assualt,Shield (mental vs psi),

Clairvoyance
(Sense, Tactical Awareness, Clairvoyance,Clairaudience,Clairsentience,

Telekinesis
(Flight, TK PUNCH,Microkinesis,PK)

Awareness
(Suspended animation,Enchanced awareness,BODY(Ship)ARMOUR

Then there all the Psi VS PSI stuff ....Offense Defense stuff which i wont get into

just some psi stuff i know of though id contribute some forms a psi ;)

i am just hoping that if i play solforce and i have a psi module, i hear Patrick Stewart stating something that Professor x would say

Or a Jean grey/ Phoenix in space... but she dies too quickly and usually be reborn to die again

How is the strength of a Psi power determined? From what Ive seen, bigger ships and the more PSI modules seem to increase the strength of some powers (Hold for instance), but some powers don't appear to gain any benefit. In one of my Zuul games, I have the Eldest running around and it seems that the Hold power appears visually very strong and stops cruisers quickly in their tracks, but Crush has the same visual effects as when I use it with Liir Cruisers and does very little damage (Seen by controlling the ship shortly after crushing it for for a full duration.)

Don't know about the ships but every Suul'ka has a few psionic attacks he is exceptionally strong at. The Siren for example has very strong mind controll. Sadly i can't remember the thread this was mentioned. Have it saved on my home computer but won't be at home for a week.

Probably you need ship with "Professor X" module, with apriopriate Psi talent.

No, it isn't available when you include a psionics module. So far it seems to be MIA. I am also having a bit of trouble figuring out which psionics tech gives which abilities. Hold and Crush are fairly obvious, but i have no idea where i got Repair from for example.
