Does the AI even use trade currently? Otherwise, sending a raiding party would be rather pointless.

ai does plenty of trade. Feld, only cruiser fleets can do piracy.

Has anyone figured out what Flag Central Command actually does beyond being a prereq for LVs?

Or maybe the developers care to enlighten us. :P

There's no CP raise at least, as suggested in the description.

@ Seonid: Not really, you can already build DNs without the command system. There is no non-command LV. I assume it's just a 'useless' pre-req at this time. Or until mecron gets sick of the asking and makes it do something. Like cause fatal flaws in designs or something... "This Leviathan will self-destruct in 10 seconds."

Are Adaptive Tracking and Autonomous Targeting upgrades to the fire control section, or general accuracy improvements?

Isn't that enough?
I think that Leviathan's are the decendents of the flagships from Prime so that seems to make sense...

it provides CP now :) my cruiser fleets have 84 Cp now when I get the holographic tactics tech and the flagship command, all I need now is WarMind and cruiser fleets will have 96 CP

Sooo

Combat Algos give you 2 CE
Hologrphic gives you 2 CE
Flag Command gives you 1 CE

Must test Warmind

But you always get at least 3 CE.

I believe they only apply to ships with the Fire Control section.
