As I've said elsewhere, I'm currently working on a map generator for SotS2. It's not done yet by far, but sometimes an odd little nicety (or a nice little oddity) comes out when my algorithms aren't behaving the way they should. And it is due to such a weird bug that I bring you today:

It's a 5 player map with 150 stars, so even with a 9 system start, there is plenty of room to expand before you meet an enemy, which is just the way I like it.
I haven't figured out automatic node line generation properly yet, so unfortunately, playing SolForce is not advised.

To install, simply copy the .starmap file into your [your Steam folder]\steamapps\common\sword of the stars ii\assets\base\starmaps\ and launch the game, easy as pie!
