Released Mod List v1 - Modder Updated

This thread is designed to be a one stop shop for links and quick information on mod projects. It is my hope that this can be turned into a sticky so that new people can find projects quickly.

Please limit yourself to a single post in this thread and edit/update it with any changes to your projects. This will help keep it organized and make it easier for people to browse or locate projects.

Please limit your mod information to the following for each mod you wish to advertise in your post. Anything else (includign screenshots) should be kept in the mod's original release thread.

Type Definitions:
- Additions: Mods that Add new Sections, Modules, or Weapons.

- TC: Total Conversions which change the game drastically, generally features changes in all categories.

Summary: ECM is intended to provide a slower strategic and tactical game. Status as of 31\03\2017: Limited Alpha available within the modding picture of the day thread. Is still being worked on but RL issues are slowing it down.

Title: 32 Million Color Ship mod

Summary: Changes the ships to only use the color from the Ship Color, allowing you to use the entire range of colors including black, white and so on while still being able to see them on the UI. Status as of 31\03\2017: V4 is under construction however is folded into Project Hiver so is not a seperate download.

Type: Gameplay
Link: sots2qkeys... (hotkeys for sots2)
Summary: Originally started before there were hotkeys in sots2, now has evolved to handle various automation such as filling BR carriers in a fleet, quick save via one key press which includes current turn number, or allowing for building several ships in a run. There are still some non-configurable hotkeys like tying ESC and Enter to various dialog Cancel/OK but most are use configurable with built in utility. Works best in full screen windowed mode, should remain functional in windowed mode but can be slow in full screen mode due to quirks in how windows Vista+ handles that. Does NOT hook sots2 in any way. Under fairly constant development with minimal release testing (virtually no testing to ensure all features work on systems other than my own) but by it's nature the worst result is some feature or another doesn't work.
