Seems there are several achievements that doesnt update. For instance the good samaritan. It says in-game I have rescued 1/50 prisoners. I know for sure I have rescued quite a lot. Seems a few others doesnt update also.

It may not update until you get 50/50... also, might be a valve issue, as this game isn't exactly made within the last year or so, and current valve software may no longer be 100% backward compatible...
