Rifle not marked as "Ingredient"

I can't currently craft a Sniper Rifle due to the Rifle not being recognized as an ingredient.

Works for me. Having the current version with all DLC's.

Weird, I shoulda taken a picture before I died on that run. Was on Hard mode with all DLCs as well.

Since the last dlc you can aparently get enduro, smart, heavy mag and other variations from vaults, albeit rarely. Maybe that was the cause? (Imho you should be able to use them as the base item, but thats just a should)

I found this one too. Its a regular rifle with a smartmag. So its the same but with 12 rounds per mag and not marked as an ingredient.

Oh, I think that is actuallt the hvy mag version. a typo mistake.

You have to wait for the devs to fix it, even though it's really easy to fix by ourselves.
