I'll go first.

out ammo utterly with Psion ran out kiting lesser defenders in this particular room, desperate, no armor, not gonna melee this guy. so I use Shutdown on Heavy securi bot MK3 (I know right that worked? ) had a bunch of disarmed mine traps so, I slurped down the energy drink I had on me and planted 4 mines around the blooming bastage and ran.

shutdown wore off and he ran into the mines

Well, I wasn't playing the Pit for a long time before that run, so I didn't remember if the blast area of teleport trap was 2 or 3 tiles circle. And the funniest part was that I got teleported in the very last room on the floor which was packed with enemies (except the boss room), all other rooms were fully cleared. The odds of RNG.
