Star Coffee: What are its full effects?

The recipe message hints at medicinal properties.

So far, I've been able to verify that Star Coffee adds +1 to Movement Speed and can cure confusion. The movement buff stacks with that granted by ingesting an energy drink. It also gives you 50 food, but no one will be crafting them for that ;)

Any other ailments it can cure? I have one left, and an thinking of using it if I get poisoned or afflicted with madness.

made it once, movementstacking with energiedrink was the only thing i found out and interesting, never really get confusion, but i'll try it with other effect like madness.

Otherwise, i can't quite remember if i used it when i had fear or poison on me. if it was poison it was no help...
but nothing to verify here

Just for that extra speed, I would say it's good enough. Ranger + energy drink + Star Coffee + double speed trap = 10 movement for 30 rounds, and if you are lucky two double speed trap in a row, 20 movements! Flash mode!!! :D

A couple of times i hit 4 speed traps in a row, on an engineer and a marine though.
Ranger with energy drink and coffee... 80 speed! ZOOM-ZOOM!

sorry for bumping.

i feel the food loss when crafting this may be unintentional by the programmers and needs to be corrected, like they did with the unspeakable hoagie.

btw the sks sandwich was also very disappointing foodwise...

Star Coffee's stackable speed bonus is pretty unique, and more than justifies a player sacrificing some food value to craft it. Other recipes that just seem to be food losses with no upsides are more likely to be revisited a la the Hoagie.
