Skills menu in window

Hey, I've really been having fun with the game, but I've had one minor gripe. There are so many skills in the game, that I have to constantly scroll up/down the skills menu when adding skill points. It makes it semi-unintuitive to plan my skills. It's difficult to remember all the current number of the skills when they can't all be seen at once.

Would it be difficult to adjust the menu like in this screen shot? Splitting the skills menu into 2 columns, to negate the need to scroll up/down all the time.
