[1.3.0.56] Not sure that ReGOOP is working

Tested in a fight with a patrol fleet. I have The GOOPening, so the gooplings spawn on their own, and I was waiting outside of missile cruisers' attack range to let the little monsters attack and show me how resilient they are.

I did not observe any of them getting back up from where they fell. I did observe occasional new gooplings forming immediately as another was destroyed, but those ones spawned at the Grey GOOP, not where the original gooplings died, so I'm not totally sure if those are indicators that ReGOOP is working or not.

So yeah, if that's how it's supposed to work, then it's working. If not, then either it isn't or I may just have angered the RNG gods.

Right now the gooplings instead of dying just gets reset to full and skip the dying,
I'll see if it can get it to behave more visibly but it'll be on the lower priority right now.
