Momentum no help in long haul

Ginormasaurus' Momentum upgrade does not appear to help the Great Machine cover long distances.

This was tested by checking the travel time to Quebec City both before and after installing the upgrade, 2 days 8 hours in either case. This seems like maybe an oversight.

Posted in Suggestions rather than Support because it seems more like something that should happen but doesn't than a thing that is not doing what it says on the tin.
