Armagordon Gas Cloud Weapon

So, Armagordon's gas attack, Radioactive Cloud, is silent, but it could stand to be deadlier. After all, this is a T-5 attack power with a hundred second cooldown. I suggest that it be granted armour-bypassing properties akin to those of Shrubby's poison weapons. I'd also suggest having it do minor damage to buildings, because once a gas like that gets in to an enclosed space, it's going to clear the room pretty rapidly.
