LESSON: Never give a kid a fully automatic weapon. Results in severe case of lead poisoning in the back. :bangdesk:

Mecron wrote:...and besides it was an honest typo :P But way funny after you pointed it out!

Well, I suppose Im asking for it with that particular username. :P

And yes it is very funny.

Are there any action shots of melee weapons, or traps yet?
Im not trying to rile Trashman up again, Im just curious how melee is going to function.
Considering the size of the game(yay! I can learn!) I don't suppose there will be anything like blocking or getting the blade stuck in the ground? (or the zombie?)

I seem to remember a couple of shots showing bats in action (and bat like weapons). I could swear there was a sword one as well but I am much more fuzzy on that one... just remember a shot of The Guy playing batting practice on some zombie...

And that shot of the guy with a fist equipped...in a Game Over screen. I'm guessing the fist fight didn't go very well.

4th screenie @ http://fortzombie.com/

Our hero is wielding a sword of some sort or another. Looks like a Katana to me, but whatever kind it is, its clearly a sword.

Ooo, professions I'm guessing:

Paramedic (obviously)
Military (unexpectedly)
Police
Construction worker (I think Mecron mentioned this one)
Ex-Con
Lumberjack (just because of the plaid)
Doctor (?)
Journalist
Student (I have a feeling this might be the hardest option)
Buy my book - Six Seconds of Moonlight on the kindle store.

Anyone can be a god beneath the moonlight, but who can be a hero?

Interesting, I will have to try the excon vs the police just to compare and chuckle.

Nonsense, the Student path just gives you very different bonuses compared to the others. For instance you require no food to survive and gain skills in your chosen area even if working in others leaves no time for it. :)

I love that police station shot(gun) :) so many ideas for a (verbal) exchange come to mind there...

Also the SoTS poster looks kinda odd... But then I didn't see a lot of the early graphic stuff leading up to SoTS (I didn't become aware of it until after it's release and then pretty much played the game).

The detail of the damage done to the zombies is nice too.

Nah, that's not the Lumberjack, that's the Chris Stewart in Plaid profession. You start out in the Kerberos building during crunch time and only get half-way through the day before you notice everyone else didn't show up today. Then you notice the Zombies...

Starting skills include Interaction, Hardy, Keyboarding, Looks Good In Plaid (bonus to stealth, cause of the camo effect) and Low Dietary Requirements.
