resurrecting thread for another small question...

what kind of tutorials will there b in sots 2?

will we have a tutorial level? (idk maybe zuul's attack on argos?)
a series of videos like prime?
or throwing players into the game with a bunch of tootip popups?

Really an add on to the question above me, One thing people did with sots1, was produce sample games, i really liked the golden empire of the dragons sample. Maybe people can do the same thing with sots2 like they did back then. as i foudn them myself rather useful as people explained why they did certain things.

Mec has said there will be more of a tutorial in SotS2 than there was in SotS1 as I recall, but details are still sketchy. There will certainly be a lot more information available in the way of tooltips and the Encyclopedia of the Stars. There may be an option to just turn on all tooltips if you are searching for a particular function.

As for a video series demonstrating the game, quite possibly but no word as of yet as to what may happen in this respect.

As for player-generated generated reports, almost certainly we'll have a few people stepping up to document some of their games.

Will there be ram scoops as Hivers? (or, for that matter, will there be that "exclude" tag in shipsections files, and can AI understand it now?)
Can i buy a copy of the game with developers autographs?
