Maybe intern briefing on fleets?

Took me a bit to get the subject to scan right.

Ahem. y'know those amusing little popup briefinglets that the interns provide when you click on a new city or on the Secret Island Lair(tm)?

Maybe those could go on patrols and fleets too? Just, like, once per fleet type, to give new players a heads-up on just what is up with them. Like for letting them know that patrol groups will attack the kaiju if they detect it and that the KDF will put more money in to beefing them up as time goes on; that hunter fleets might spot the island if they get close, but cannot do that if they have been stomped in to tinfoil; and that invasion fleets can be engaged either en-route or when they hit the island.

Thank you. I think it would both help game approachability, and provide more opportunities for the characters to express themselves. Now I think of it, those might be good times for the elder Farious, Belladonna, Wyrdstrom and the younger Maleficarum to speak, since they have the fewest lines.
